Shipping and Returns
1. Shipping Costs
- National and Peninsular Shipping: from 3.95€.
- National and Peninsular Free shipping on orders over 29€ (VAT included).
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
2. Other Purchase Details
1. Due to the current situation, shipments are made through a courier service. Shipments will be processed from Monday to Thursday, between 9:00 am and 11:50 am. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next day.
2. Shipping costs include Value Added Tax (VAT) in all cases but do not include any other taxes, fees, duties, or surcharges.
3. Delivery is considered the shipment of items to the address specified by the customer during the ordering process, limited to the delivery areas mentioned above.
4. Vin Bouquet hands over orders to the courier service within a maximum period of 48-72 hours. We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier service.
3. Returns
1. Access the "Order History" section of your account.
2. Select the order from which you want to return the item.
3. Select the product(s) you wish to return by checking the box next to their name.
4. Add an explanation for the return, so the store team knows what happened. (Optional)
